15th December 2004 : Added Confederation and News Sections

Added pages for the news section (This page) and added section on Peter F Hamilton's Confederation universe. The confederation pages were previously used on one of my old websites (www.theconfederation.co.uk) but since that went bang, these pages have been homeless. When I decided to put up my new website I decided to rehome my old confederation pages on the site.  Since they consist of several articles i've decided to put them into their own section of the site. you can visit this site by clicking on the Confederation button on the left. 

6th December 2004 : Added Guestbook(s) and webcounter

Added a guestbook and webcounter courtesy of bravenet (www.bravenet.com) I would have written my own code to do this but being a cheapskate i didn't purchase ASP or PHP use on my webserver. I could have hosted them at work but i don't think that would have gone down to well.

one groovy feature that bravenet offered instead of a conventional guestbook was a guestmap instead. this allows people to graphically plot there position on a map of the world. I've included a conventioanl guestbook as well to cater for those of a more luddite persuasion :)

5th December 2004 : First major upload of web content

Well this is the first upload of the new site. Since my last two sites died my webpages have been left out in the cold to rust away. Last month i thought it was about time to brush of the cobwebs, spend some money on a new domain and webhosting and get something a little more permanent out the door.

after going through several look and feel revolutions from the wacky to the downright boring, i've decided to settle on this blue motif.
